In Kerbal Space Program (v1.11.2) you take charge of the space program for the alien race called Kerbals. You are provided with various parts that you can used to create spacecrafts, rockets, satellites, airplanes, rovers and more. 

With the available parts you can assemble a spacecraft that can or cannot fly. The game makes use of realistic aerodynamics and orbital mechanics. Launch your kerbonauts into orbit and beyond. You can explore the Moon and various other planets in the Kerbol Solar System. Create research station, bases on planets, send rovers and space station in orbit to explore and expand the knowledge of kerbalkind.

Kerbal Space Program provides you with three game modes -

1. In the sandbox mode player is given access to all the parts and is free to do anything!

2. In the science mode you need to perform scientific experiments in different planets and regions to unlock technology.

3. In the career mode the player takes charge of all the operations of a space company - money, science and missions.
